We are proud to advise you that Selecta Wooden Toys Online Store will be making an annual donation to “Eckersley House” as our chosen charity.
Eckersley House is based next to the Children’s Unit of St James Hospital in Leeds (known as “Jimmys”).
Eckersley House has been featured several times on TV and is part of the Charity run by The Sick Children’s Trust, whose President is the actor, Michael Crawford.
It was built out of the donation left by Yorkshire Businessman, Bob Eckersley, and is a modern accomodation facility offered free of charge to parents, relatives and friends of children who are in long term care at St James Hospital.
