- Shipping Cost
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to the UK mainland (exceptions apply) when products are in stock.

Unfortunately a delivery surcharge is made for deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland and all overseas countries. If you would like to order from these areas, please countact us for further details.We are starting to use a range of environmentally friendly packaging including a biodegradable bubble wrap and are always looking for ways to improve our environment.
- Returns
In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint about any of our products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the product as a matter of urgency.
- Gift Wrapping Service
We are more than happy to gift wrap your special Selecta products wherever possible, so please contact us at sales@selectawoodentoys.co.uk for further details.
- Non Delivery
If you believe your parcel to be lost, please contact us and we will investigate. Before an exchange or refund can be made you will be issued with a form that must be signed and returned to clarify non-delivery.
In the case of any discrepancies like missing items or outstanding items please contact us immediately.
